Orders from our online store usually ship within two to three business days. Our primary shipping provider is the United State Postal Service, either First Class or Priority flat-rate depending on the order size. Estimated arrival is between five and seven business days.

We want you to be super happy with your purchase from our website retail store. In the event that your order from our store does not meet your expectations, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt noting the reason for return. Ship us back the item(s) and invoice and we’ll issue your refund within five business days of receipt. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging to be accepted for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
International orders can be refunded, but only for the items returned – all import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.
